* Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt provided the item is returned in original condition with all accompanying articles (box, papers, certificates etc). New items must not have been worn. Sealed items must not have been opened. The refund will be given by the same method payment was received upon receipt of the item. Buyer pays the cost of return shipment. 
** The warranty given by Boneta, Inc. is for the first purchaser or first gift recipient. The warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to, or cover, wear to the case, crystal, crown, buckle, bracelet or strap, and does not cover water or moisture damage to non-water resistant watches. The warranty does not include damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse or negligence. On certain new watches, the manufacturers warranty will also be given.
